In 2010 I worked with the GapKids window designer Caroline Moorhouse to produce a range of illustrations for the Gapkids and babygap Summer collection.

Evoking a seaside theme, and the fun to be had on a day trip there, I drew a set of simple black and white line drawings that were blown up and turned into foamcore props, such as streetlamps, ballustrades and telescopes (which one might find on a turn down the pier). Also joining the fin were a squadron of seagulls, printed as decals on the windows.

Finally, to inject a little colour, I illustrated a range of brightly coloured posters, which acted as wallpaper at the back of the windows.

The drawings appeared in all of Gap's stores, including the flagship locations on Regent Street and Oxford Circus.
